The Heathcote Hotel is under new ownership, and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Duty Manager to join our team and help take this much-loved local pub to the next level.
Located in Heathcote, on the doorstep of the Royal National Park, the hotel offers a bistro, bars, outdoor dining, accommodation, bottle shop and regular entertainment.

About the Role
Working closely with the management team, you'll oversee daily hotel operations, lead and support staff, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the venue.
You'll be hands-on across all areas of the hotel, helping to maintain high standards, drive a positive team culture and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
About You
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a pub, hotel or similar hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a hands-on approach.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including cash handling, stock control and staff supervision.
- Understanding of NSW liquor licensing, RSA and compliance requirements.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for hospitality.
