Heartland Bank Australia is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to strengthen Line 2 risk capabilities within the Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Sustainability team. The role reports to the Head of Enterprise Risk and partners with leaders across the business to challenge, advise and embed effective risk practices.
You will oversee RCSA and risk reviews, analyse risk trends, and drive improvements in resilience, continuity and outsourcing risk.
