How We Practise
Aligned Chiro is a group of wellness-focused chiropractic practices. We are not a new patient mill. We are a retention-based, corrective care group focused on structured care, measurable progress, and helping patients use chiropractic as a long-term healthy habit. Our care commonly includes objective testing such as x-rays where clinically indicated, posture assessment, and nerve scans, alongside corrective tools such as Dennerolls, mirror image exercises, and structured adjustment plans.
Training and Career Pathway
People join Aligned Chiro for the training. That's what we are known for. Our progression pathway is:
- You’ll gain:
- Leadership training and experience leading a clinic — you will not be thrown into leadership and left to figure it out alone.
- Corrective care systems training — how to build a busy, sustainable, patient-centred practice.
Income, Benefits and Hours
We pay a base salary and performance bonus. On-track earnings on the current volume of 120 visits a week are approximately: $155,000–$171,000 per year.
The position may also be eligible for the following support through Rural Doctors Network:
- $10,000 annual scholarship toward postgraduate qualification
- $10,000 annual bursary toward CPD seminars and training

Why Dubbo?
Dubbo is one of regional NSW’s major centres, serving a catchment area of approximately 200,000 people. It’s a strong agricultural and mining region with real healthcare demand, strong local community need, and a lifestyle that offers space, affordability, and opportunity. Dubbo has a good airport with direct flights to capital cities and is approximately a five-hour drive from Sydney.
This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
- Prefer a high-churn, new-patient-heavy model over retention-based care
- Do not want leadership responsibility
- Don’t want to follow a structured clinical and operational system
- Are not willing to relocate to Dubbo — this is not a FIFO role
- Prefer a low-responsibility associate role
Aligned Chiro does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
