Accountants are expected to look past the return and into the lives of the clients to see how they can help.
The firm has ensured repetitive preparation and bookkeeping go to trusted offshore providers, so the accountants spend their time reviewing, advising and talking to clients.
Plus, as mentioned, the firm is a registered Xero developer and builds its own integration; every team member has access to both Claude and Chat GPT team products, and more, they have even built their own AI tools in-house for the accounting workflow and automation of work.
It's a tech haven for accounting.
