Snap Fitness Windsor is a BRAND NEW facility, set to open in late 2026! Do you have a vibrant personality, love connecting with people and have a passion for fitness? If this sounds like you, come and join us as our Club Manager. As well as being part of a successful group of privately owned Snap Fitness facilities, you’ll be joining one of the world's largest fitness brands, with clubs operating in many countries.
About Us: Snap Fitness Windsor is the latest in a successful group of family-owned clubs. All our clubs are dynamic and fast-paced with a friendly, welcoming culture. Our high standards have been recognised through numerous industry awards.
As Club Manager, you will:
- Drive membership sales and ancillary revenue
- Manage club operations
- Help build a strong Personal Training culture
Requirements:
- A proven ability to hit targets
- Experience in building/recruiting a personal training team
- Experience building a club culture to be proud of
- Understanding of HR and work health & safety (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar environment (highly regarded)
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Police/working with children check
- Tertiary qualifications in health/business/commerce (highly regarded)
