BFT St Kilda is seeking an experienced Full-Time Head Coach to lead a high-performing coaching team and protect the studio culture. You will coach on the floor, mentor staff and ensure every member receives an exceptional experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
You will work closely with the Studio Manager and ownership on staff development, retention and growth, while upholding safety and program standards across sessions.
