About the Role:
As a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities across the Northern Territory. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support residents' clinical, emotional, and wellbeing needs while maintaining compliance with aged care standards and best-practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to aged care residents
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and manage clinical treatments
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with organisational policies and aged care standards
