About the Role:
You’ll work as the In-Charge Nurse in Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) or regional/rural Emergency Department health settings, delivering high level clinical care. This hands‑on role involves triage, resuscitation, and managing presentations across urgent care, acute care, and aged care. Previous In-Charge nursing experience is required for this position.
MANDATORY Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven triage experience
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Full working rights in Australia and prior Australian nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior Australian nursing experience required
- Prior Australian nursing experience must be in acute, emergency care, or multipurpose settings.
- Comfortable working across diverse clinical settings
- Ideally based in Victoria, but open to travel nationwide (preferred but not essential*)
