Clinical Services and Education Coordinator

Our Clinical Services & Innovation (CSI) team plays an important role in supporting professional development, education and collaboration across our national network of clinicians and business leaders.
About the Role
We're looking for an organised, creative and proactive Clinical Services and Education Coordinator to join our Clinical Services & Innovation team.
This is a varied role combining internal communications, digital content creation, learning management and program coordination. You'll play an important part in connecting our people with professional development opportunities, promoting education initiatives and ensuring our programs are delivered effectively.
Working closely with our Group Chief Education and Research Officer, discipline leads and other key stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful difference to our people across Healthia.
What You'll Be Doing
Internal Communications & Engagement
Manage CSI's internal communication channels, including content planning, development and delivery.
Create engaging, targeted communications to promote professional development opportunities and education initiatives across Healthia.
Work collaboratively with discipline leads and internal stakeholders to increase awareness, engagement and participation in CSI programs.
Content Creation & Digital Resources
Develop promotional content, digital assets, presentations and supporting materials for education and professional development initiatives.
Create clear, engaging and visually appealing communications using tools such as Canva.
Support the development and maintenance of digital resources to ensure information is accessible, accurate and up to date.
Learning Management & Program Coordination
Manage education and program content through Healthia's Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, learning resources, participant communications and attendance requirements.
Support the delivery of Business Support, Practice Management and Clinic Partner programs.
Coordinate program scheduling, stakeholder communications, digital resources and associated administrative requirements.
Executive & Stakeholder Support
Provide coordination and administrative support to the Group Chief Education and Research Officer.
Assist with committee meetings, agendas, professional development planning and follow-up actions.
Liaise with senior leaders, clinicians, internal teams and external partners to support effective program delivery.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, takes pride in the quality of their work and thrives in a role that combines creativity with organisation.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in internal communications, marketing, education coordination, learning and development or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging content for different audiences.
Strong digital literacy and confidence using Canva, Microsoft Office and other communication platforms.
Experience using learning management systems or coordinating digital learning resources, or the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders.
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in healthcare, professional education or a multidisciplinary organisation would be highly regarded but isn't essential.
