We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering high-quality patient care, managing chronic conditions, and supporting our healthcare team in a busy practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care, including assessments, vaccinations, and wound management.
• Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives.
• Conduct health screenings and assist with minor surgical procedures.
• Educate patients about health conditions and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Participate in practice quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
• Previous experience in a practice or clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Medical software, i.e. Best Practice, Medical Director.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.
