About The role
A fantastic opportunity for a passionate Physiotherapist to join a well established Physio team. You will be working in a hybrid role based in clinic and community visits - exposed to diverse conditions/streams handling in-clinic consultations, home visits, NDIS patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive initial assessment and identify the key goals to develop a care/treatment plan.
- Execute the treatment plan & work closely with the case managers or carers to provide continuous feedback and progress/clinical reports.
- Conduct treatment sessions as required.
- Provide treatment in a safe and effective manner.
You will be engaged within a dedicated Physio team, with an emphasis on continued learning.

Essential Criteria

- New graduates are welcome to apply but must demonstrate solid clinical experience.
