Many experienced paediatric therapists want more autonomy, sustainable caseloads and time to deliver thoughtful therapy.

Play-Based Paediatrics offers an environment designed around those priorities. Play-Based Paediatrics provides paediatric occupational therapy services across Brisbane for children funded through the NDIS. Our therapists support children in the environments where they live, learn and play β€” homes, schools and community settings.

We intentionally maintain a small allied health team so clinicians receive strong professional support and families receive consistent, high-quality care. We are now looking for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team and contribute to the continued development of our service. Why

The role includes:

  • Mobile therapy across the Brisbane region

  • Provide therapy across home, school and community environments
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals

  • enjoys working in natural environments such as homes, schools and community settings
  • values autonomy while remaining part of a supportive team
  • wants time to deliver thoughtful, play-based therapy
