About the role
Our client is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join their team on a flexible contractor basis, with the opportunity to build a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and availability. This is a hybrid position, based from the clinic in Woolloongabba, with flexibility to provide services across appropriate settings. You will work with a varied caseload, particularly children, adolescents and young adults presenting with neurodevelopmental, behavioural, emotional and cognitive concerns.
You may be involved in:
- Conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments
- Assessing cognitive, behavioural, emotional and functional presentations
- Supporting clients with neurodevelopmental conditions including ASD and ADHD
- Preparing clear, clinically sound assessment reports and recommendations
- Providing evidence-based psychological and therapeutic support where within your scope of practice
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, medical professionals and other allied health clinicians
- Developing practical recommendations to support clients at home, school and in the community
- Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
