Description

New Graduate Physiotherapist – Sports Medicine Practice (Full-Time)
Inner West, Sydney

Requirements

Just finished your physio degree and wondering what’s next? Relax – we promise no “here’s your diary, good luck” approach here.

We’re a busy, well-established sports medicine clinic in Sydney’s Inner West, looking for an enthusiastic New Graduate Physiotherapist who’s keen to learn, grow, and occasionally convince patients that stretching ain’t that important...

About the Role:

You’ll be treating a varied and active caseload including:

  • Sports and active patients (yes, weekend warriors too)
  • Musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Acute and chronic conditions (including the famous “it only hurts when I move”)

Includes weekend work, shared across the team – because injuries don’t politely wait until Monday.

What We Offer:

  • Structured new graduate mentoring program (actual mentoring, not just a YouTube playlist)
  • One-on-one supervision with experienced clinicians who remember what being a new grad felt like
  • Weekly in-house education and case discussions
  • Fully equipped gym and rehab facilities
  • Clear career progression (your future self will thank you)
  • Salary in line with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, plus performance incentives where applicable
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team culture

About You:

  • Recently graduated or soon-to-graduate Physiotherapist
  • AHPRA registration (or pending)
  • Strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physio
  • Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to laugh when the tape sticks to everything except the patient
