About the company:

Our client is a well-established allied health provider delivering high-quality, home-based services across NSW since 2018 and now expanding into VIC. Their multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, remedial massage therapists, and other allied health professionals, all working collaboratively to deliver personalised, client-centred care. At the heart of their approach is the belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare in the comfort of their own home. They are committed to supporting independence, mobility, and meaningful participation in daily activities—whether that's returning to hobbies, staying active, or spending time with family. All services are delivered in line with best-practice, evidence-informed care.

About the role:

Our client is seeking experienced Podiatrists to join their growing mobile allied health team in Melbourne. This is a community-based, home visit role providing podiatry services exclusively in clients' homes—no clinic, no aged care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality podiatric care to an adult caseload, supported by a strong administrative team and access to modern clinical systems and equipment. The role offers significant flexibility, with options for permanent full-time, part-time, or contractor arrangements depending on your preference. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient interaction in a mobile practice setting.

Benefits:

  • Flexible engagement options: permanent full-time, part-time, or contractor
  • Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000 + super (pro-rata for part-time)
  • $1,000 CPD allowance for permanent staff
  • $5,000 car allowance (permanent roles)
  • Full administrative and scheduling support (referral-based booking system)
  • Work-from-home flexibility for documentation and admin tasks
  • Company-provided clinical equipment (including steriliser for permanent employees)
  • Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
  • KPI of approximately 29 visits per week (full-time)
  • Supportive multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of post-graduate podiatry experience
  • Experience in community-based or mobile Podiatry preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in adult Podiatric care
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel for home visits (car allowance provided for permanent staff)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Podiatrist looking to step into a flexible, mobile role within a supportive and growing allied health organisation focused on meaningful, in-home care.
