The client is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the team servicing the Clarence Valley region from the Grafton clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering NDIS and community aged care services across a mixed case load.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and reports
- Assistive technology assessment and reports
- Provide ongoing therapy for capacity building
- Cognitive assessments
- Deliver paediatric therapy in clinic setting
- Provide in-home services including home modifications and equipment prescription
Skills:
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: Community Aged Care Experience in the private sector
Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy degree and General AHPRA registration
- OT’s eligible for Limited registration may also apply.
