Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
- Implementing individualized care plans and goals

Job Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil language
- Experience working with individuals with Autism
- Full Australian driver's license
- Police check clearance
- Car ownership for travel to client homes
