Roles & Responsibilities:
- Our client is seeking a Mobile Physiotherapist to service the South Brisbane Community.
- You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to offer the ultimate care to your participants.
- Providing in-home care and building relationships with participants and their families during a flexible work-week.
- Provide high quality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to manage a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardio respiratory disorders.
- Providing manual handling and education training for carers and family members.
- Consulting with site staff, family and other care professionals to develop care plans, goals, nature of interventions and plan for review.
- Documenting each consumer treatment and general care in clinical notes as per company guidelines.
