Duties
- Coordinate medical rosters for specialists and trainee doctors
- Manage daily roster changes and urgent workforce needs
- Maintain accurate records, systems and reports
- Liaise with medical leaders on staffing and cover
- Support workforce processes across anaesthetic subspecialties
About You
- Advanced Excel skills or willing to complete training
- Proven experience preparing and maintaining complex staff rosters
- Communicate clearly and manage sensitive matters with discretion
- Analyse data, solve issues and meet tight deadlines
- Work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
