About the Role:
Provide high-quality nursing care within a residential aged care facility in Bundaberg, Queensland. You will deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care while supporting residents, families, and the wider clinical team in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and monitor resident outcomes
- Manage wound care, chronic disease management, and clinical reviews
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Liaise with GPs, families, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes
