HD Glass is a fast-growing glazing company specialising in façade remediation, rope access glazing, aluminium window and door fabrication, and complex high-rise rectification projects across South East Queensland.

We're seeking an experienced Qualified Rope Access Glazier to join our growing team.

This role is suited to a motivated technician who takes pride in their work, values safety above all else, communicates effectively, and wants to be part of a company building a reputation for delivering quality outcomes on some of the region's most challenging façade remediation projects.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Performing rope access glazing and façade remediation works on high-rise commercial and residential buildings.
• Replacing glass, carrying out glazing repairs, and completing façade defect rectifications.
• Conducting detailed façade and glazing inspections.
• Diagnosing defects and developing practical remediation solutions.
• Measuring, fitting, and installing glazing systems to specification.
• Preparing and completing inspection reports and project documentation.
• Working with project managers and clients to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintaining rope access equipment, tools, and safety systems.
• Contributing to a strong safety culture and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Essential Requirements

• Current IRATA certification (Level 1, 2 or 3).
• Demonstrated commercial rope access experience.
• Proven glazing experience.
• Experience in façade remediation and defect rectification highly regarded.
• Current Construction White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Comfortable working at heights in challenging environments.
• Full Australian working rights.
• References Required
