HCF is seeking Member Care Consultants to manage the member experience and provide exceptional service over the phone from our Parramatta contact centre. This permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a rotating roster and hybrid working after training.
Training starts Monday 7 September 2026 and runs for three months in the Parramatta office. After training, you will join a hybrid team with at least two days in the office and interviews will be held in person on Tuesday 18 August
