This is a grounds maintenance role working on regular routes across SEQ. You'll be responsible for lawn care, garden maintenance, and equipment upkeep across multiple sites, with a clear path to progress from crew member to crew leader.
Key responsibilities
- Mow, edge, whipper snip and blow down lawns
- Trim hedges, prune shrubs and keep garden beds weeded and tidy
- Spread mulch and remove green waste
- Spot and report irrigation problems, and help with repairs
- Take before and after photos of every job in the app
- Look after the ute, trailer and gear: clean, fuelled and maintained
- Work through your daily run of sites on time
About you
- Current driver's licence, comfortable towing a trailer
- Experience with mowers, whipper snippers and hedgers
- A police check, or willing to get one
- NDIS worker screening, or willing to get it, for some sites
- A smartphone for the job app
- Fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Turn up on time, every time
- Clean, careful work you'd be happy to put your name on
- Friendly and respectful with residents and clients
