We're looking for an exceptional Business Coach. Are you an experienced business coach who knows how to drive real, measurable results? At Practice Acceleration, we help ambitious healthcare practice owners across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and the US build more profitable, scalable businesses. We work with owners of established Physio, Chiro, Dental, Vet, Osteo and other healthcare practices. Many of our clients are running six and seven-figure businesses. They're ambitious, experienced, and they expect results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive Measurable Business Growth: Work directly with established business owners to identify opportunities and improve business performance. Help clients increase revenue and profitability, improve marketing and customer acquisition, strengthen conversion and retention, improve team performance and leadership, streamline operations, and set clear goals.
- Lead High-Level Coaching Sessions: Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions with ambitious entrepreneurs. Challenge thinking, diagnose problems, provide commercially sound recommendations, and drive accountability.
- Analyse Business Performance: Conduct monthly business reviews, analyse financial and operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable growth plans.
- Drive Client Success and Retention: Build strong client relationships, lead annual growth planning, and help clients achieve results that make them want to continue working with us.
- Improve Our Coaching Program: Bring your experience and ideas to the table. Help refine our frameworks, improve coaching delivery, identify new opportunities, and continually raise the standard of our client experience.
Who We're Looking For:
- A minimum of five years of professional business coaching or consulting experience is required.
- 5+ years of professional business coaching or consulting experience.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, profitability, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Confidence coaching and challenging established business owners.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- The ability to hold clients accountable and drive implementation.
- A proactive, organised, and results-focused approach.
Highly regarded:
- Experience coaching six and seven-figure business owners.
- Experience owning or scaling a business.
- Sales, marketing, or operational leadership experience.
- Healthcare or professional services experience.
- Group coaching and executive facilitation experience.
- Familiarity with AI, CRM, and business automation tools.
