General Hands / Process Workers - Steel Manufacturing Day & Afternoon Shifts Available | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Secure Work
Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Hands / Process Workers to join a busy steel manufacturing company. These positions offer ongoing, stable employment with consistent Monday to Friday hours.
We are looking for physically fit individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
- General hand and production duties within a steel manufacturing facility
- Counting, sorting and packing steel parts and components
- Repetitive lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Assisting with general factory duties as required
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00am start
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm start
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing, consistent work
About You
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and accurate counting skills
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Previous factory, manufacturing or general labouring experience beneficial
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
