Internal Sales Representative – Hospitality Furniture
Full-Time | Alexandria, NSW | Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a motivated, friendly and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria.
As an importer and supplier of hospitality furniture, we work with a diverse range of customers across the hospitality and commercial sectors, including cafés, restaurants, bars, hotels, designers and trade clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships and helping customers find the right furniture solutions for their businesses.
Previous furniture industry experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and showroom visits.
- Assisting customers with product selection, pricing and quotations.
- Providing product information, specifications and availability.
- Following up on quotes and potential sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Liaising with our warehouse, logistics and internal teams.
- Supporting the wider sales team to achieve business targets.
- Providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to order completion.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar role.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident speaking with customers and building relationships.
- Is organised, reliable and has great attention to detail.
- Has a proactive attitude and enjoys working in a team.
- Is comfortable using computers, emails and sales systems.
- Can manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a busy environment.
- Has an interest in furniture, interiors or the hospitality industry.
Furniture sales experience is preferred but not essential. Experience in hospitality, retail, wholesale, commercial sales would also be highly regarded.
