ABOUT THE ROLE
albie is looking for a Performance & Email Marketing Specialist to support their growing portfolio. You'll work both ends of the funnel: paid acquisition across Meta and Google (plus TikTok and Pinterest where it fits) and retention through Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
You'll set strategy, budgets and KPIs with the account leads, then plan, build and optimise the campaigns that hit them. You'll write the ad copy, the subject lines and the flows. You'll brief albie's creative team on what the next round of assets needs to do. And you'll keep Shopify clean (pixels, catalogues, data syncs) so the reports you hand clients actually mean something.

- Email & Retention
- Copywriting & Creative Briefing
- Account Management (where clients are only onboard for paid)
We’re looking for a freelancer or contractor who wants more stability in their week. We’re starting with 2 to 3 days of steady work, with room to grow as the client portfolio does.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Clients hit the targets you set together. On paid, that's ROAS, CPA and revenue landing where you said they would and on retention, it's open rates, click rates, list health and email-attributed revenue all heading the right way.
Welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows that earn their keep. A/B tests on audiences, creative and landing pages that run on structure, not hunches. Reports that tell clients what happened, why it happened and what you're doing next.
ABOUT YOU
You get as excited about a scroll-stopping hook as you do about a 4x ROAS. You're organised enough to run several client accounts at once without the wheels coming off. You're curious about the data, but you bring ideas to the table, not just tweaks.
You've got 4 years in performance marketing (ideally agency, freelance or in-house with a brand) and a track record of lifting results for multiple brands at once. You're as at home in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads as you are building flows and segments in Klaviyo and Mailchimp. You've wired Shopify into ad platforms and email tools before. You write copy that sells without sounding like it's selling, and you can turn a dashboard into a story a client understands.
Bonus points if you've run TikTok or Pinterest Ads, worked with e-commerce or DTC brands, or have a creative testing or CRO framework you swear by.
