Hastings Deering is seeking a People Systems Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract to join the People and Culture function in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. Reporting to the Systems Enablement Lead, you will drive the HRIS roadmap (Workday) and partner with stakeholders to deliver practical system improvements across the employee lifecycle.
You will coordinate UAT, resolve complex issues, maintain data quality and governance, and work with People & Culture, Payroll and technical teams to enable.
