Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to lead the Mechanical Workshop team at McArthur River Mine. This permanent role operates on a 2 on / 2 off rotating day and night roster, offering leadership, safe and efficient maintenance outcomes, and opportunities to drive projects and improve performance.
You’ll manage major mechanical works, develop workforce capability via training matrices, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with contractors.
