Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a People Systems Advisor on a 12‐month fixed term contract, based in Acacia Ridge. You will drive the HRIS (Workday) roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and deliver system improvements that enhance data quality, efficiency and user experience across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Systems Enablement Lead, you will manage requirements, processes, testing, and governance while collaborating with People & Culture, Payroll, and wider teams.
