The role involves designing, developing and executing Next Best Action strategies using Pega CDH, within a CLM squad, to meet business goals.
You will work hands-on with the Pega CDH platform (v8.23+), configure policies, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with NBA Analysts and Data Science teams to optimise performance and compliance with privacy and direct marketing laws.
