Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote accessibility assessments and audits for new and existing buildings
- Review plans, documentation and reports for compliance with accessibility standards
- Provide advice on design, modifications and compliance solutions
- Liaise with clients, architects and project teams
- Prepare clear, professional reports and documentation
- Guide project teams remotely on accessibility requirements
- Keep up to date with relevant building codes, legislation and standards
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification in accessibility, building surveying, architecture or a related field
- At least two years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation, building codes and Australian Standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
- An analytical, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach
