About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
The business currently uses QuickBooks and is considering a move to MYOB or Xero. Experience with any accounting package is welcome, along with a willingness to learn a new system.
About you
You will bring:
- Bookkeeping experience covering invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using accounting software
- Clear communication and the ability to manage day-to-day priorities
Experience within a design consultancy would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
