With eight design studios spread around the world, chances are you've seen our work before. We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects. We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield. Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team working on a major health project. You'll play a key role across design development, documentation and delivery, working closely with the project leadership team, consultants and wider multidisciplinary team to develop and coordinate high-quality design outcomes. The role will suit an experienced Architect who enjoys resolving complex design and technical challenges, coordinating multiple disciplines and translating design intent into well-resolved, coordinated project information.

Qualifications Skills and experience

  • Strong experience working across design development and documentation phases
  • Experience delivering large, complex and highly serviced projects
  • Strong architectural design and technical resolution skills
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving complex design interfaces
  • Ability to develop and coordinate detailed DD and documentation packages
  • Strong Revit capability and experience working within multidisciplinary project models
  • Confidence working with clients, consultants and broader project teams
  • Ability to take ownership of areas of a project while working collaboratively within a larger team
  • Health project experience is highly regarded, including hospitals or other clinical environments, but experience across similarly complex project typologies will also be considered
  • Architectural registration, or eligibility for registration, would be an advantage.

Additional Information

Our team enjoys a wide range of benefits to support their development and well-being:

  • A progressive flexible work policy that allows hybrid work, location flexibility, and work pattern flexibility
  • Generous paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers
  • Development and training opportunities, including access to online training programs and our People Coach program
  • Study assistance
