We're looking for a driven Area Manager to lead our merchandising team and deliver strong sales outcomes across the Inner south territory (spanning Peninsula and South/East areas) on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing 1 September2026.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management, sales performance and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Merchandisers
- Drive sales performance and in-store execution across your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
- Manage rosters, labour budgets and day-to-day operations
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
About You
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or merchandising
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
- Well organised with solid planning and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced role
- Available to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster
