Harvey's Hot Sandwiches— Sydney CBD is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead from the floor and uphold premium standards as we launch a new flagship CBD location in Q4 2026.
You will run shifts end-to-end, train and develop a dedicated team, ensure strict recipe and food safety compliance, and drive sales and guest satisfaction across all service periods.
A 5-day rotating roster and weekend availability are required.
