We are currently working with a range of highly regarded accounting firms, from Top 10 through to Top 50 firms, across Melbourne.
These opportunities are ideal for experienced Senior Accountants and Managers looking to take the next step in their career, take ownership of client portfolios and play a key role in leading and developing a team within a progressive firm.
Depending on the opportunity, you’ll manage a diverse range of clients including family groups, SMEs, larger private businesses and ASX-listed organisations.
You’ll oversee engagements across business services, taxation and advisory, providing technical guidance, managing client relationships and working closely with Partners and senior leadership to deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review financial statements and tax returns
- Oversee advisory engagements, cash flow reporting and budgeting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee tax planning, compliance and complex accounting matters
- Advise clients on business growth, new ventures and strategic projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years' business services/tax experience within a CA/CPA firm
- CA / CPA Qualified
- Strong technical accounting and tax expertise
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
