The Role
- Manage own client portfolio
- Oversee complex tax compliance and advisory matters
- Deliver advice across CGT, Div7A, FBT, GST, restructures and tax planning
- Review work and mentor junior staff
- Manage workflow, WIP, budgets and team performance
- Work closely with Partners on client strategy and growth initiatives
Ideal Requirements
- Currently operating at Senior or Supervisor level in public practice
- Strong technical, client management and leadership skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression
