The Role:
- Secure salary with the opportunity to advance as a real estate agent
- Providing various administration and database support
- Arrange, attend and report on post contract inspections (i.e. Building Inspections, Bank Valuations, Pre-Settlement Inspections)
- Attend and support Sales and Rental open home inspections
- Support the sales team during the listing and sales process
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive property files
- Ensuring quality service to internal and external customers
- Prospect and pursue new business opportunities
