Supporting a headcount of approximately 100 employees, you’ll play an integral role in the day‑to‑day delivery of P&D initiatives, including:

  • Early careers recruitment
  • Onboarding and inductions
  • Performance review coordination
  • Employee queries
  • Engagement initiatives
  • Learning and development support

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader business and workplace projects, including the upcoming office consolidation, making this a role where you’ll have plenty of variety and the opportunity to get involved across different areas of the business.

You’ll be well supported by an experienced and long‑tenured P&D team, ensuring you’re never working in isolation, while still having the autonomy to take ownership of your responsibilities and build strong relationships across the business.

This role would suit someone who is approachable, pragmatic, commercially minded and confident enough to hold their own with senior stakeholders, while understanding that effective P&D is ultimately about partnership, influence and finding solutions.

The Role:

  • Provide day‑to‑day P&D advisory support across the business
  • Build strong working relationships with Partners, senior leaders and employees
  • Provide practical, solutions‑focused advice on people matters
  • Identify and communicate potential HR/P&D risks while taking a commercial approach to solutions
  • Support early careers recruitment, including interview coordination and candidate management
  • Coordinate P&D inductions and onboarding
  • Assist with performance review processes, administration and reporting
  • Support ad‑hoc learning and development initiatives
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general P&D support
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Contribute to broader workplace and business projects
  • Support the upcoming office consolidation project
  • Assist with various P&D projects and initiatives as required

About You:

You’ll ideally have a background in P&D, People & Culture or recruitment agency, with the confidence and capability to step into a broad advisory role. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
  • Confident building strong relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders
  • Approachable and personable, with the ability to build trust across all levels
  • Comfortable providing advice and constructively challenging when required
  • Proactive and confident taking ownership of their responsibilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across both people-focused and project-based responsibilities
  • Someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved and make things happen

What’s on Offer:

  • Flexible working hours between 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Ad‑hoc WFH available as needed
  • Supportive, collaborative and experienced P&D team
  • Strong leadership and access to senior stakeholders
  • Genuine autonomy and ownership of your role
  • Opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior leaders
  • Involvement in broader business and workplace projects
  • Perth CBD location

If you’re looking for a P&D role where you can partner with the business, influence culture, provide practical advice and genuinely make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
