Floorhand / Motorhand: Oil & Gas Onshore Drilling
Harness Energy is a national and state award winning Registered Training Organization with a strong Labor Supply division servicing Onshore Drilling & Well Servicing across the Australian Market. We deliver a comprehensive range of technical training both via a regular public training schedule at our conveniently located training centers. Our training facilities and RPL processes creates a bridge for Experienced Oil & Gas Offshore and Onshore personnel to get qualifications and create long standing career pathways.
Requirements:
To be successful within the Oil & Gas sector, you must have the following certifications or background to qualify for the RPL process, experience and work exposure Offshore or Onshore:
- Certificate II, III, IV & Diploma in Onshore Drilling / Well Servicing
- Minimum 12 months experience Offshore or Onshore working within the Oil & Gas Industry
- Strong history working as a Leasehand, Roughneck or exposure to the Drilling Rigs (Onshore, Offshore & Minerals)
- Experienced Rotational workers
- Maintaining and repairing equipment
- Site Safety & Cleanliness
- Assembling and Disassembling drill pipes
- Operating tongs
- Critical tools
- Tripping pipe
- Fixing pumps
- Cleaning Shakers
- 3:3 Rotation
