You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service journey while working closely with our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings, enquiries and vehicle drop-offs.
- Provide professional advice on servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare repair orders, service estimates and customer documentation.
- Liaise with technicians to monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers.
- Coordinate vehicle collections and ensure timely completion of service work.
- Process warranty claims and service-related documentation where required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records using dealership management systems.
- Work closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Good computer skills and experience using dealership management systems is preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Highly Regarded
- Experience working with premium automotive brands or electric vehicles (EVs).
- Experience using Pentana, Revolution, Era or similar dealership management systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes.
