Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead HR during critical construction, partnering with project leadership, contractors and stakeholders to mobilise, engage, develop and manage the workforce to deliver construction on time and safely.
Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, contractor oversight, culture, performance management and governance.
