Ramo Collection is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join the team in a Customer Service / Junior Account Manager role.

Key responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately
- Help customers with product and stock information
- Support newer customer accounts
- Follow up quotes and order enquiries
- Work closely with warehouse team to make sure orders go out on time
- Help with dispatch during busy periods
- Grow customer accounts
