We are currently recruiting for the following positions, with a strong emphasis on securing an experienced and talented Baker Chef.
BAKER CHEF (PRIORITY ROLE)
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Baker Chef with a genuine passion for quality food, baking, presentation, and consistency.
This is a key role within our business and would suit someone who takes pride in producing premium café-style food and freshly baked products to a high standard.
- Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' hospitality industry experience
- Pies
- Slices
- Danish Pastries
- Cakes and baked goods
- Sandwiches and grab-and-go items
Baking Experience Essential Candidates should also have strong experience in baking a variety of fresh breads, including:
- Sourdough
- Bread rolls
- Buns
- Specialty bakery items
Experience in dough preparation, proofing, baking techniques, and maintaining consistency in daily production will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance
- Ability to maintain consistency, speed, and presentation under pressure
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude with strong team-oriented work ethic
