Trainers and Assistants for CHC Courses CHC30125 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Car CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support Trainer and Assessor Role Responsibilities

Efficient and effective delivery of Vocational courses across different timetable/shifts

Efficient and effective assessing and marking of assessment

Monitoring student progress and formal reporting student results

Optimising student engagement is continuous at all times

Implement strategies to motivate student learning

maintain professional development and industry currency

participation in course validations

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

Adhere to the teaching-related administrative task.

Any other related tasks as required by the Principal

Selection criteria

TAE40116 or above

VET Currency and Current Industry skills

Continuing and verifiable professional development

Sound knowledge of training packages and relevant regulations

excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Have a passion for educationand make a difference

A positive attitude and professional work ethics

Ability to work as a part of the team and the ability to work independently and proactively
