At Happy Tails Grooming, we believe great grooming starts long before the clippers come out. Every dog who comes through our doors is treated as a whole dog: their comfort, coat, skin and wellbeing all matter to us. We're a small, hard-working team that takes pride in calm, considered handling and in supporting each other to grow.
We're looking for a casual Bather to join us for up to 3 days per week, available on Mondays and Fridays, with the potential for more work as the salon continues to grow.
About the role
Bathing, drying and brushing dogs of all sizes and coat types
Preparing dogs for the grooming table and assisting our groomers
Handling dogs calmly, safely and with patience
Keeping the salon clean, tidy and running smoothly
About you
Hard-working, reliable and genuinely love dogs
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Want to be part of a supportive, hard-working team, and to contribute to it
Experience in bathing or grooming is appreciated, but we're willing to train the right person
What we offer
Above award pay rates
Hands-on training and support to build your skills
A calm, friendly salon where you're backed by the team around you
Room to grow with the business
