We're looking for a Barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences at Hannah St Hotel.
You'll be part of a dynamic team delivering a coffee program that reflects Melbourne's world‐class café culture, featuring Square One Coffee Roasters, a Mulberry Group brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‐quality coffee using Square One Coffee Roasters beans.
- Maintain consistency in coffee preparation and presentation.
- Support daily café operations including setup, stock rotation, and equipment care.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and guest‐focused service environment.
- Stay curious and engaged with coffee trends, seasonality, and sustainability.
What You Bring
- Experience working in Melbourne's specialty coffee scene or similar.
