Hanlon Industries is seeking a Senior Accountant (Team Lead) to guide a small finance team and partner with senior leaders across Australasia. You will own month-end close, drive financial reporting accuracy, and strengthen internal controls while supporting budgeting and strategic decision-making.
You will mentor two direct reports, coordinate multi-entity reporting including NZ, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance insights and automation.
