Description
As a Retail Assistant in our Townsville Myer concession store, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with sales, customer service, and store operations, and be part of a team that values enthusiasm, brand knowledge, and a love for the country lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the rightproducts.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive store layout.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
About You:
- Previous experience working in a Myer concession or similar retail environment is highly desirable.

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
